سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع للكونجرس

The terms under which a registration for the Royal Hospital International Congress 2026 may be cancelled, transferred, or refunded.

1Cancellation by Participant

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the congress organizing committee.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the congress date will receive a full refund, excluding any bank or transaction charges.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before the congress date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the congress date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for “no-shows” or partially attended sessions.

1إلغاء التسجيل من قبل المشارك

يجب تقديم جميع طلبات الإلغاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى اللجنة المنظمة للكونجرس.
سيتم استرداد كامل الرسوم للمشاركين الذين يقومون بالإلغاء قبل موعد الكونجرس بـ 30 يومًا أو أكثر، باستثناء الرسوم البنكية أو رسوم التحويل.
سيتم استرداد 50٪ من رسوم التسجيل في حال تم الإلغاء قبل موعد الكونجرس بـ 15 إلى 29 يومًا.
الطلبات المقدمة قبل أقل من 14 يومًا من موعد الكونجرس تعتبر غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
لا يتم تقديم أي استرداد مالي في حال عدم الحضور أو حضور جزء من فعاليات الكونجرس فقط.

2Transfer of Registration

Registration may be transferred to another participant from the same organization by notifying the organizing committee at least 7 days before the event.

يمكن تحويل التسجيل إلى مشارك آخر من نفس المؤسسة مع إشعار اللجنة المنظمة قبل موعد المؤتمر بـ 7 أيام على الأقل.

3Congress Modification or Cancellation

The organizing committee reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the congress due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure and public health concerns.
In the event of congress cancellation by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
The organizers are not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, or any other personal expenses incurred by participants.

3تعديل أو إلغاء الكونجرس

تحتفظ اللجنة المنظمة بحق تأجيل، أو إعادة جدولة، أو تعديل أو إلغاء المؤتمر بسبب ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة، بما في ذلك الكوارث الطبيعية، الظروف الصحية العامة.
في حال إلغاء الكونجرس من قبل الجهة المنظمة، سيتم استرداد كامل رسوم التسجيل للمشاركين.
لا تتحمل الجهة المنظمة أي تكاليف شخصية تكبدها المشاركون، بما في ذلك السفر، أو الإقامة أو التأشيرات أو أي مصاريف أخرى.

4Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days through the original method of payment.

5Workshops & Special Events

Workshop fees, gala dinner tickets, and tour packages are non-refundable once confirmed, due to limited seating and prior reservations.

رسوم الورش التدريبية، أو تذاكر حفل العشاء، أو الرحلات السياحية غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد تأكيد الحجز بسبب محدودية المقاعد والحجوزات المسبقة.

6Visa Rejection

Participants whose visa applications are officially rejected may request a refund by providing valid supporting documents at least 7 days before the congress date.
